These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChocoLink platform ("Service"), operated by ChocoLink ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Workspace owners may invite team members and are responsible for their organization's use of the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a base plan plus per-seat pricing. A 7-day free trial requires a valid payment method. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically and you are billed according to your selected plan. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until a valid method is provided. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, or interfering with the Service's operation.
• The Service is provided for lawful business use by internet service providers and network professionals.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any client and diagnostic data you enter.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit. We process and store your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ChocoLink and protected by intellectual property laws. "ChocoLink" and associated marks are our trademarks.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChocoLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed after a reasonable period.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify workspace owners of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
